Bringing Quintin Jardine’s famous Edinburgh detective from the books and onto the streets of Edinburgh!
The very first sentence in book one is – As a city Edinburgh is a two-faced bitch! This tour sees Edinburgh as a city of stark contrasts: on one side there is the cultured gentile set, on the other a darker sinister underbelly that lurks in alleyways, houses of ill repute and possibly places of power! Bob Skinners lives in both worlds, and we take you on a journey through both sides of Edinburgh to relive Skinner crime locations & incidents within central Edinburgh, mixed in the quirky tales about Edinburgh and a bit of street theatre.
Tour starts inside the Roxburghe Hotel Charlotte Square and finishes outside the Writers Museum just of the Lawnmarket in the Royal Mile.

Details		Tours every Saturday from the 26 June and everyday during the -Edinburgh fringe festival 7 -30 August. All tours start from the Roxburghe hotel, which is located just off the west end of Princes street, and all tours start at 10.30am.
Group Tours: group size minimum of four. Private tours available all year.
